General ground rules

 

WRISTBANDS:

As you enter the gate, your ticket will be scanned and exchanged for a wristband.  If you leave the site and return later, the wristband will be your ticket to get back in.  Wristbands that are removed or tampered with are considered invalid and entry will not be permitted.

KIDS:

Uncle Chris the Clown will be entertaining the kids with a magic show and balloon animals. There's also face painting available and a bouncy castle.

Pets are not allowed on the fairgrounds but are allowed in the camping area only. Please keep them on a leash. Clean up after your pet is much appreciated

Cash accepted, we love cash but we certainly also accept debit/credit cards. No ATM on site

Camping and Parking is free during festival days. Volunteers with a site map will assist you to your camping or parking spot. Camping opens Thursday morning 10 am June 27th and closes Tuesday July 2nd 2024 at noon.

Food is available onsite provided by various foodtrucks, - Laws of Attraction - El Sabor De Marina - The Lobster Pot and the Buckhorn Grill Outdoor Kitchen

Bringing your own food is acceptable but no alcoholic beverages permitted on the fairgrounds. Free drinking water is available at the fairgrounds. Bring your water bottles for refill. Food trucks will be on location.

Is the festival family friendly? Yes, kids are welcome and admission is free for kids 12 and under. Kids area onsite. Please don't leave your kids unattended. We are planning fun events for the kids.

In the camping area there is no hook ups or lighting but portable washrooms are provided, bring your flash lights. No WIFI but there is cell service

At the fairgrounds you are free to bring your own camping chairs or a blanket to sit on. Bring your flags.

Fireban in effect! Propane fire pits okay. Please no smoking or fireworks on fairground property.
